Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 2017 Collingwood 70ft Abode Wide Beam for sale with residential mooring at South Dock Marina, SE16.
She has had one owner from new and is presented in very good condition. There are a few signs of wear and tear from her five years as a full time liveaboard but she is being listed at a very realistic price to sell quickly and offers will also be considered.
The Abode is Collingwood's premium range and this boat is extremely well equipped with two double cabins, cratch and cockpit covers, two ovens (one gas, one electric), dishwasher, washing machine, two TVs, bowthruster, wheel steering and cockpit seating. It has had an engine service, four new batteries fitted and a brand new Victron charger/inverter installed representing a significant upgrade on the Sterling unit that is supplied with the boat.
The hull was epoxied at launch and is still looking to be in good condition and providing protection to the steel.
Entering from the stern into the stylish galley, there are lots of lights with LEDs in the skirting boards and lights above the kitchen island. There is a separate fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine along with a four burner gas hob to the starboard side. There is even a wine fridge within the island.
There is plenty of space within the saloon area for a large L shaped sofa or two separate sofas. Heating comes from the multi fuel Morso stove and Webasto central heating.
Both cabins have double beds and lots of storage space. The master suite includes a TV hidden away in the foot of the bed - a great feature. The bathroom has an electric flushing pump out heads and a large shower compartment.
The residential mooring at South Dock is fully transferable (no transfer fee payable so a saving of £20,000!) and current mooring fees are £10,050 per annum which is considerably cheaper than the marinas on the other side of the river.
