A staircase leads down into the saloon with an interior helm station.
The saloon, located to starboard, features a table and sofa, which can also be used as a single berth if needed.
Forward on the port side is the helm station. The wheel steering is currently deactivated but can be restored by replacing the shaft seal.
Headroom in this area is 1.95 m.
The owner's cabin includes a double berth measuring 130 cm x 140 cm, with a headroom of 1.75 m.
To starboard, there is a bathroom with a shower and washbasin. Opposite, the manual toilet is separate and independent.
Forward of the saloon and a few steps down, the galley is located to starboard. It features a 4-burner gas hob, a multifunction microwave oven, a 50-litre freezer, and a refrigerator — all running on 220 V.
To port, the dinette can be converted into a double berth measuring 130 cm x 190 cm.
At the bow, the forepeak is currently used for storage but includes two V-berths measuring 80 cm x 190 cm.
Headroom in the forward section is 1.85 m.
Heating is mainly provided by a reversible air conditioning unit. An Eberspächer boiler is also installed, but it has not been used for 7 years and requires servicing — therefore, it is not included in the sale.
Hot water is supplied by a 60-litre electric water heater.

Boatshed Paris is pleased to offer this 12m Dutch motor cruiser for sale in the southern part of the Île-de-France region.
A versatile cruiser with a shallow draft and an air draft of just 2.50m. Currently lived aboard year-round by its owner, who is now looking for a quick sale.
The boat is somewhat in its original condition and will require some painting and cosmetic work.
Additionally, only the exterior helm is currently operational - the interior steering can be restored by replacing a worn shaft seal.
The asking price reflects the vessel’s current condition.
