Double helm Dutch steel cruiser with access by 6 steps ladder/stairs through the companion way from the aft deck.
On the port side, there is the interior helm and the rest is an open saloon, no furnitures, open to new furbishing plan (sofa beds, setee...)
2 steps from the salon down to the owner's cabin, aft cabin, double berth (190x135) no mattress available. The generator is located under the wooden bed box.
On star board: shower and sink and on port side, separate heads.
From the salon down to the galley on star board and opposite a dinette, then the forward cabin in V (2 berth 0.75x1.80)
Headroom is 1.83 in all the interior.
Heating by a Webasto diesel heater (blown air)

Double helm Dutch steel cruiser for sale in France. Boatshed Paris is happy to offer this Altena cruiser for sale in the Picardie region.
Built in 1990 in the ALTENA yard, this 10m long motor cruiser can accommodate up to 10 persons in a cruise. A great little cruiser to enjoy the waterways in family, with 6 berths altogether, a good headroom of 1.83, and all the essential comfort. This inland boat could benefit of some improvements (there is no sitting area in the saloon, and no more mattresses in the aft cabin) and a little relooking.
Mooring on the quiet canal in Picardie, this mooring is a COT and could be transferrable if requested at 350 euros /year.
