This fantastic Dutch barge currently occupies a highly desirable mooring very close to Canary Wharf.
The vessel offers very comfortable living accommodation, with two good-sized double cabins, large bathroom and an expansive saloon with an open-plan galley.
The boat benefits from large windows and skylights, bring in masses of natural light.
The boat was last out of the water in 2022, when she was inspected with no major concerns reported. She is protected with an epoxy paint coating below the waterline, with new anodes fitted in 2022.
As a guide, the current mooring fees are circa £20,000 pa. Application for the mooring is through Canal and River Trust.
