Comentario del broker
A very nicely presented all on one level boat. Ideal as a cruising boat or indeed a liveaboard. This has all the home comforts with Wood burner stove as well as an built in electric fire , and if that's not enough a warm air system, So all year round usage. The saloon has a settee that can fold out to make an extra double. Moving aft on the port side there is the dinning room which is opposite the galley. Good size fridge and cooker with oven.
A laundry room with washing machine plus stowage area. Port side a double cabin with also good stowage. Starboard there is the head with a good size shower with very good headroom.
The aft cabin also has a good size berth along with dressing table and cupboards.
The forward well has been enclosed with a canopy which can be removed plus there is able seating
to entertain .
Overall a very well designed boat and full credit to the owners for keeping her in a nice condition.
